36. britaculous...yes she had problems before lutfi came into her life and that is the point....he took advantage of her vulnerabilities and abused her. This man is the lowest of low lifes to do that. I am so glad to learn that he is being investigated and am not surprised to learn this. I believe I stated on another Brit blog that this isn't over for him and that the family would pursue his questionable antics. I think before this is all over he is going to wish that he had never known Britney Spears.

37. It is illegal to place prescription medication into anyones food or drinks without their knowledge. He is without a doubt the cause of her past radical behavior. The drugs to which he was unknowingly placing in her system led to her erratic behavior.

Sam has been in Britney life prior to October of 2007.

The medication was only a portion of what he has done to her.

Shall we include the following:

Coercion with funds
Leaking information
Selling photos without consent
Taking personal property
Verbal Abuse
Mental Abuse
Physical Abuse
last but not least destroying her one day at a time in hope of her being a complete basket case or dead.

Sam I hope you rot in jail or hell. Either one will adequately suffice.

Sands invites Jamie Spears to send Sands an e-mail; he says he would like to have a meeting with him personally and extend an olive branch.

42. Absolutely no reason to think the LAPD is investigating the administration by Lutfi of *illegal* drugs although they might find some evidence of that, too. According to Spears' mother Lutfi told her that he put Spears' prescribed medications in her food and also (at least once) gave Spears something to make her happy, in a good mood, etc. Isn't obvious that the case is in Homicide/Robbery because LAPD suspects that there were attempts (intentional or not) on Spears' life? As well, there may be a parallel investigation into Lutfi's illegal acquisition of monies and other valuables owned by Spears.
