Sam is a predator of the worst kind! He preys on people who are hurting and vulnerable (and yes his victims were probably abusing substances) makes them believe they need him in their lives then abuses them emotionally and psychologically, in order to gain control over them! Think battered-wife syndrome! She was probably already messed-up , then he comes into the picture and REALLY messes her up! All the while making sure his Paps were "getting all this"

41. britaculous...yes she had problems before lutfi came into her life and that is the point....he took advantage of her vulnerabilities and abused her. This man is the lowest of low lifes to do that. I am so glad to learn that he is being investigated and am not surprised to learn this. I believe I stated on another Brit blog that this isn't over for him and that the family would pursue his questionable antics. I think before this is all over he is going to wish that he had never known Britney Spears.

42. It is illegal to place prescription medication into anyones food or drinks without their knowledge. He is without a doubt the cause of her past radical behavior. The drugs to which he was unknowingly placing in her system led to her erratic behavior.

Sam has been in Britney life prior to October of 2007.

The medication was only a portion of what he has done to her.

Shall we include the following:

Coercion with funds
Leaking information
Selling photos without consent
Taking personal property
Verbal Abuse
Mental Abuse
Physical Abuse
last but not least destroying her one day at a time in hope of her being a complete basket case or dead.

Sam I hope you rot in jail or hell. Either one will adequately suffice.

TMZ's report today and their Feb 15th report in which they cite "law enforcement sources," are not true, according the the LAPD.
Tyler Gray at Radaronline, picked up the phone and called the LAPD to clarify TMZ's initial report only to find out the whole thing was wrong!

French added that any LAPD employee giving information to the media that could compromise an investigation would certainly be at risk of losing his/her job. That said, it sounds like TMZ sources didn't break any rules -- unless punking a website is a crime!
Meanwhile, Sam's publicist Michael Sands wants to media to stop punking his client and focus on Britney's father Jamie. He posed this challenge to Mr. Spears in a phone conversation with us today:
“Give Britney back her civil rights and be a stand up guy and remove yourself from her residence – please give back her money her credit cards, the keys to her cars and her cell phones until Judge Goetz rules later this month."
Sands invites Jamie Spears to send Sands an e-mail; he says he would like to have a meeting with him personally and extend an olive branch.
Let's see if THAT happens!"

Second: Someone call LAPD to find out the truth!!!
And third: Why is Sands challenging Jamie and then wanting to extend an olive branch. Someone send him a copy of today's court papers - no better yet, the whole constitution so he can read up on civil rights, and conservatorships!
