85. When Gene says 'the tape is old', what does he mean by old, a month? For a reputedly sexually promiscuous guy, a month would be a lifetime ago. 89. this is how it is, Gene did not know he was being filmed. He was legally wronged here. This woman has comitted a felony, PERIOD. You people have no right judging Gene because this is an illegal tape. You are basically committing a criminal act by watching it. If you don't believe me, go ask a Judge. The very possession of this tape is illegal You do not have the right to own it because one of the people in the film (Gene( had the following done to him. He was lied to. (was not told about the camera) He owns the rights to make up the site is using to promote it. He did not give anyone permission to air this in any way, shape, or form. also, A&E created this by doing a lie detector about how many women he has slept with. Watch the season three promo A&E used. They have numorous women in gene's yard holding signs with numbers on them (as to which number they were in is excapades). A&E blatantly and willingly sought to proffit off Gene's sexual encounters. If they dump his show, they will get sued for contract violation. They do not hold a morality claus on Gene. He refused to sign one. Legally the show must go one.. We have an old mad having sex and that's gross? Well what a bout the gross bleached blonde whore with fake tits? Gene has a small penis and you all mock him, but I don't see anyone mocking the woman with her very tiny tits that have been filled with sailine. Be consistent you hypocritical newbies.
