48. Well...I completely agree. And have to say I have serious concerns that Brit is no longer "gravely disabled" and that the conservatorship ought to be revoked asap. It's crazy that they have no updated psych report, but I'm sure if they thought it would help to keep control to get one, they would have done it. I think by the time she was released, she was no longer gravely disabled, and she had probably become "gravely disabled", if in fact she ever was that way, through stress and a serious lack of sleep...no reason to control her and her money forever. And he's paying hundreds of thousands of dollars every week to retain control of her money and using her money to do it. I hope they get an updated, honest, psych report before the court soon and Brit sends the hillbillies back home.

49. I don't think there's reason to bash Lynne so much anymore. I think she's doing her best now. Yes, she's made mistakes but think about it , even if Jamie Lynn wasn't living with Casey, she still would have been having sex with him, and still it would have happened probably. Girls make the excuse that they're staying over at another girl's house, when in fact there with their boyfriends all the time. When a kid's got a car, it's a lot harder to watch them every second and know what they do. they can say they're going to school, seeing friends, going to the store, etc, when in fact there doing a lot of other stuff and when they're 18 your powerless if they're not willing to listen, until it gets to the point where Birt got to where she legally couldn't take of herself. Trust me, I was raised by the greatest parents ever, and they really watched over me, I had really good relationships with them but I was so sneaky, I did a ton of bad stuff.

52. Barney, I'm with you. I don't like or TRUST their mom either!! I don't know much about the dad but it seems he's more stable than their mother. I just think it's SICK for a parent to SELL their childs "story" to a mag. Sure the magazines were going to write the story anyhow BUT... if the mom's concern was... "we want them to get the story right".. well, fine, tell them the story, JUST DON'T SELL IT!! I mean, is Jamie that broke already or did mama NEED something new?? Come on, Brit BOUGHT the house the mom lives in and I'm sure the car she drives not to mention, everything needed to fill the house up so what else could this woman need? Maybe that MILLION DOLLARS they got for her story will help buy Jamie's house. I sure hope it went to her and her alone but seeing how that mom is... I sorta find it hard to believe. I felt so sorry for Jamie's boyfriend and his family. Those poor people didn't even know that the story was going to come out, that Jamie and her mom were going to tell a mag. That's a great way to start off a relationship.... KEEPING SECRETS!! I think Jamie and her boyfriend will have a good chance at making it but there's one thing she needs to do. She needs to kick her mom out of her life. If she doesn't, that lady is going to come between them. I sure hope the boyfriend has the guts to speak his mind no matter "who" it's to, if not, he's going to be in for a bumpy ride!!! Mama Sprears NEEDS to get her own life and I think she may need to get some help mentally as well. Something just ain't right when you think or make a statement like this... "I was so shocked to hear about Jamie's pregnancy because she's never been late on her curfew". That beats it all doesn't it?? What? Does this woman really think people only have sex during certain hours out of the day??? I can understand her being shocked but for the reason she gave, that right there is INSANE thinking IMO... 54. Why does everyone have to bash to poor girl, or compare her to her sister. Yes, 16 is a bit young to have a child. I graduated HS at 16, got married (for love and campus housing) went to college, and we had a baby before I was 18 (not planned). We have a nice life and pretty good kids and careers. It can work out.
Good luck Jamie Lynn, it's a tough but not impossible road ahead.

55. What are these parents thinking? They allowed Jamie Lynn and her adult-age boyfriend to shack-up when Jamie Lynn was only 15 years old and now that Jamie Lynn is 16 years old and pregnant, they are going to allow her to have her own apartment. Jamie Lynn is still very much in need of parental supervision. Proof of that is when just a few weeks ago while Ma Spears was in California, Jamie Lynn and boyfriend Casey threw a Super Bowl booze-bash at the Kentwood mansion and when asked about Jamie Lynn drinking alcohol while pregnant, it was reported that one of her friends said that Jamie Lynn don't worry about that because sis did it and it didn't harm her babies. Again! What are these parents thinking?
