It’s unbelievable that a FEDERAL JUDGE had to extend a temporary restraining order just because of this nonsense created by Lutfi, Sands and Eardley.

I’m pleased that the judge is already indicating that the case will be going back to the state court.

20. It is too easy to blame Brittney's problems on someone else. I am not saying that he is innocent but we don't know if he is guilty either. I think that they are scrambling to save any of Brit's credibility , and blaming this guy for drugging her. Do I think this guy helped her get drugs, Yes I do. Do I think that Brittney did not know that she was on drugs, No I do not. Charging Sam Lutfi for drugging Brittney is like saying that all this madness is not her fault. How convenient would that be? Wouldn't we all want someone to blame for our mistakes.

Sure Britney has been sick but that doesn't give this jerk Sam the right to hide drugs in her food, cut her phone lines, hide her dog and all the while even keeping her checks. Britney may be at fault for some things but Sam was trying to slide himself into her life & take advantage of her because she is sick. Wonder why he's trying so hard to fight her parents from getting her the help she needs. He is not family or her guardian, in fact, he is a nobody who decided to make himself a somebody in her life. She has parents & other family members who are the ones to look after her well being & they seem to be doing a fine job so far.

If Sam had any sense, he would have stood back when her parents arrived & let them take care of their daughter. But no, he had to run to the media to trash her family in hopes he would not lose the money he was probably taking from her. He has cooked his own goose so it's his own fault for being so stupid.

Yes, the court has authorized the conservators, Britney's father and the court-appointed co-conservator, to figure out Britney's finances, audit them, whatever it takes, and clean up the mess so that her money is secured for her use. That process is going on right now, including investigation of various expenditures and people involved.

For instance, Lufti emailed Grossman, the old business manager, asking for money, and Grossman has refused to hand over the emails to the conservators or the court. However, when the court demands he hand them over, he will or go to prison.
