20. It is too easy to blame Brittney's problems on someone else. I am not saying that he is innocent but we don't know if he is guilty either. I think that they are scrambling to save any of Brit's credibility , and blaming this guy for drugging her. Do I think this guy helped her get drugs, Yes I do. Do I think that Brittney did not know that she was on drugs, No I do not. Charging Sam Lutfi for drugging Brittney is like saying that all this madness is not her fault. How convenient would that be? Wouldn't we all want someone to blame for our mistakes.

This is not about her doing “party” drugs before or after Sam.
This is about Sam SECRETLY drugging her to make her more manageable and easier to advantage of. Maybe that’s what he meant when he said he was her manager.

It’s hilarious that he thought that all he had to do was wait until the time to serve the TRO expired to skate around it. Not only is he a very bad person … he’s also a very stupid person.
Now that the judge has deemed it served, he has to show up for the hearing date and explain his side, or just slink away with his tail between his legs. It’s also good to know that he has to pay his own legal expenses since he did have a “rep” there today. I hope he will have much larger legal expenses in the future. Maybe his mommy will help him pay some.

...just again, very happy that the world is getting to see how predators work, and praying britney has a full recovery, yes she had problems before lutfi, but he went beyond the lines of what humans do to another when they are vunerable.

a lot of people need investigated also; sands, the girl asistant provided by lutfi i am guessing, she made remarks one time about brit taking prozac a while back, and i doubt she would have been prescribed prozac or even risperadal that lutfi said he gave her as reported in lynn's declaration, her manager, phillipee the pap or however it is spelled, b/c he could probally provide info on lutfi too, adnan too, b/c surely he knows some things too, and that trip to mexico with britney that time, well one site said she appeared inebriated, well if she had been given certain "drugs" during that time it could have very well fried her brain to a point, which would explain alot of all the behaviors she has exhibited past couple of months, that are not related to depression or post partum type behaviors....to me..., even kevin b/c he knows he got her started, if you would look back or remember the little show they did before they got married, it was so obivious how desparate she was for someone to love her and you could see how she was not really bright in some ways and you could tell he was playing her, and maybe he did fall for her some but he really wanted the fame...tell the truth kevin... , and he is no dummy either and to a large extent KNOWS something too, at least i believe he does....he was married to her after all and even in divorce and custody et all, you learn about another person from spending that much time with them and he knows she loves her boys...and would not intentionally do anything to ever harm them!!! kevin you have a dirty mouth and you live a dirty life....go to church and take those boys to church, you and not their nanny or body guard take them to a good christian church...a real church...you go too and learn how to be a REAL man and father. britney you too when you do get your boys back.... in our prayers britney and sons and her family and yes even kevin...

38. Yes Diane T - you're right. Hilarious. But the judge had implied that if Lutfi weren't served by the 22nd she would likely extend it anyway. Therefore the affidavit and whatever else the submitted in court must have been compelling enough.
And I agree on you're point about it being silly that a FED judge had to rule on it - the TRO is extended til Mar 17th to see if Eardley CAN give a good enough reason for the conservatorship to be moved. As we all probably think, that case is not going anywhere so it's just a waste of space and Lutfi will get his hearing sooner than he hopes.

Haines claims when he stopped communicating with Lutfi, Lutfi retaliated by e-mailing naked photographs of Haines to his family, friends, colleagues and employer, and text messaged and called repeatedly.

44. Glad to see the federal judge is continuing what the Superior Court started. This shows that the feds will defer to the better judgment of the state court in probate matters and other legal issues that arise under state law. I think Sam has got himself deeper in hot water than he bargained for. Hope he didn't pay for the bad advice!!!
