What in hell is a woman with a high-risk pregnancy doing jetting around the world, especially to premiers?

I would think she would hunker down at least the first few months to be sure she doesn't miscarry, which I believe has happened in the past.

24. There is NO WAY she would have any surgery performed on her while she's pregnant, after trying so long to get that way. (You go, Keith Urban!! - Keith was able to do something that Tom Cruise COULDN'T -after 10 YEARS OF TRYING!) It was photo shopped or she used lip plumper makeup.....I DO NOT believe she had ANY surgery done. At all.
