31. There is NO WAY she would have any surgery performed on her while she's pregnant, after trying so long to get that way. (You go, Keith Urban!! - Keith was able to do something that Tom Cruise COULDN'T -after 10 YEARS OF TRYING!) It was photo shopped or she used lip plumper makeup.....I DO NOT believe she had ANY surgery done. At all.
