Heartbreaker Tate Donovan (Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock) cycled to an event at Avalon in Hollywood last night. "The OC" daddy claims Hollywood is "a good town to ride your bike in."


Perhaps Tate should recommend this mode of transportation to his DUI-plagued TV daughter, Mischa Barton.

4. Tate riding your bicycle around Hollywood after dark could be very dangerous. I can't think of a worse place to ride than Hollywood!

5. You can still be arrested for DUI if you are riding a bike. No joke--ask a cop.
