Brit to Kids -- Ring-a-Ding-Dang: I'm Back!

Britney SpearsTMZ has learned Britney Spears has won her visitation rights back -- with strings attached.

We're told lawyers for both sides have hashed out a deal in which Britney will get visitation in a therapeutic setting. Commish Scott Gordon has signed off on the agreement.

It's a deal more than a week in the making. The parties had agreed in principle last weekend to a deal but it fell apart in court last Tuesday.

We're also told K-Fed is down with Britney seeing the kids again.

64. As long as she's monitored the whole time she has the kids. Oh knock off the whole "all Kevin wants is the money" BS! Kevin DESERVES any money he gets. That's how it works in a DIVORCE kids. He's been nothing but a GENTLEMAN in ALL of this. Yet you admire this crazy girl who can't even take care of herself much less the kids she's had! LOL! Kevin did NOTHING to Britney, ever. 69. I hope this works out well for Britney and even more for her two sons. I can see the possibility of all sorts of potential disasters but ... I've never really cared about Britney one way or the other but it's hard to watch a trainwreck even when you know there's nothing you can do do about it.

71. some kids are better off without their mothers.....this is one of those cases! If K-fed is tired of the kids, give them up! There are plenty of couples who would love to adopt children and give them a decent life!

72. #72....couldn't agree more....someone w some compassion and knowledge needs to intervene on behalf of those little boys...sometimes "father DOESN'T know best." Brit-Brit needs to learn how to love herself and take care of herself, before she has any business with her kids...sad, but oh so true....and K-Fed....would he be so willing to go with the visitation if there weren't big bucks involved? 73. I feel she needs her boys in order to heal. I can't stand her at all but someone needs to help her get her life in order. The boys need their mother and mother needs those boys.

I hope she gets better and starts living a well and productive life. Brittney Spears needs to be used as a lesson to all parents who thinks it may be great to put their children into acting. Too much fame, too fast means the chance for a horrible outcome.

75. It's going to take a whole lot of money to get to see those kids. He broke her down and riped her heart out and made her what she is today, broken and alone.
