Busboy Settles with Lohan over Robertson Wreck

Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit filed by a busboy who claimed she was drunk when she hit him with her car in October of 2005.

Raymundo Ortega filed the suit last June, even though the cops said he was to blame for the wreck on Robertson Blvd. Ortega, alleging that a then 19-year-old Lilo was pounding drinks at the Ivy before hopping in her Mercedes-Benz and driving off, had sued for at least $200,000 in damages.

Ortega also sued the Ivy, claiming they were responsible because they had served her drinks. That case was dropped last month.

The terms of Lohan's settlement are confidential.

48. here is another little girl....that i used to think was talented....................
between her and a few others............................i dont think i will let my kids watch her movies............she is a bad role model......

its such a shame....these people have it all............and dont appreciate nothing...............

we live from week to week...below poverty..........my 12 year old daughter ......is a straight A.......honor roll kid..........well mannered..........and appreciates even the smallest of things..................she has had to sacrifice so much........but she is determined she is going to go to college.........

but it would be nice if she could have some opportunity now.....(to help pay for college)...........but would that ever happen.............NO...........why? because their are people like jamie lynn spears...........britney spears......and........lindsey lohan..............that definitely do not appreciate what they have nor do they deserve it.................maybe a long long time ago....but not now ....from everything that i have seen..................

49. come on red even drunk,contagious,illegal & infected immigrants do not all have mental retardation .cut the idiot a little slack .we can only hope next time, some one[ probably the state]ends up with a bill for his cremation.this time it was like he hit the friggen lottery. I know his cuzz&he told a bunch of us, he made the left turn from the right lane after recognizing a split second earlier it was her&all he could really see were$$$$ signs.Now he is living back down there, retired&living better than most americans.

51. The "busboy" has a name, and his name is just as important as the name of the "actress." Maybe at the time he was a "busboy"; but at the time, she was a "drunk." So, when you "title" your "article" give credit where credit is due and identify people by either their names or their professions, but don't "mix" them. Sorry, I come from a world where celebrities are no more important than ANYONE else. They are people -- THAT'S ALL -- not gods, or God.
