52. Val my friend gave birth to identical twin boys and one was born on the 19th and the other was born on the 20th (they were 20 minutes apart).

The reason for the delay was the first is born naturally and the 2nd one usually spins so they must do a c-section for the 2nd. Apparently this happens in 90% of multiple births.
