Fake blood couldn't hide the horror that is Mickey Rourke's surgically re-assembled face. Is that the same guy from "9 1/2 Weeks"?!

The entire gory scene occurred Thursday on the New Jersey set of Rourke's latest film. Parental guidance suggested.

4. Is that from surgery, drinking,smoking,boxing, or just general aging with all those other factors thrown in to end up with a mug like that after all these years?

He had his run and always wanted to be older than he actually was in every role he ever played, so I guess he now doesnt have to act the part
