61. I have to admit when I first saw the mugshot, to me, the picture did not look like Ne-Yo. I mean I'm not the type of guy to talk about another brother's appearance but I am wondering why he didn't have his license because the brotha's gotta Range but no Ls??? It just didn't make sense to me. But I love his music so hopefully they won't go too hard on him down there for such a minor offense.
