Will to WENN: You Can't Put Words in My Mouth!

Will Smith does not -- repeat, does not -- think Hitler was anything but a despicable murderer, and today a London court awarded him damages because a news service falsely alleged that he had called Hitler "a good person."

Smith won a public apology and damages in London's High Court today from World Entertainment News Network (WENN). Will's lawyer, according to the AP, told the court that the story that WENN spread was "deeply distressing" and caused Smith "acute embarrassment."

WENN'S lawyer apologized in court and agreed to pay an unspecified amount to Smith, who will donate the money to charity. Smith was not in court.

31. That is awesome! Will is such a good guy, shoot he even donated the money he was awarded. Why can't all celebs be like him and Jada???

Now tell me, why are the cops not chasing Will Smith around due to paparazzi chasing him all over town like Brittany? It is possible people...Brittany needs to stay the hell home!

Congrat to Will for showing the pap's and their money horse media that they can't get away with anything they want. Why can't Brittany do the same? I am sick of her...though I do wish her wellness.

33. I worked as an extra on the set of Ray. He is one of the biggest racists I've ever met. He stepped in front of me rudely and I called him on it. I'm white and he called me names I cannot repeat here. His racist rant made Michael Richards look like a choirboy!

34. Im sure where the mix came from was...Will's good buddy Tom Cruise, had been dealing with alot of problems during the filming of his movie about Hitler. Even, Germany wanted nothing to do with Tom and his Cult..Now being, Will has joined the same CULT..Im sure they feel he's a freak. I don't know how Will feels about Hitler. However, his ties to the Cult and Tom Cruise has me worried. LRH - Hitler? what's the difference?
