Children that are abused by a parent want nothing more than the love and approval of the parent abusing them, so they just take it, thinking they should 'be better', like they are the one at fault, not the abusive parent. They don't know about the long-term effects of the abuse, and apparently baldwin doesn't either or is just too selfish to care. Too late for him to 'make nice'...the damage has been done and that little girl is the one who will pay the price...pretty hard to have a sense of self-esteem if your own 'daddy' is putting you down in the most vile way possible....poor kid...those words will stay with her forever. He is a POOR excuse for a parent, tearing his own child down the way he did.

33. Her mother Kim should be pulled down the street behind a team of wild horses for trying to keep Ireland away from her dad.
That is the lowest thing a mother could do and she should have to pay for it in one way or another. Divorced parents and children should be allowed to spend time with each other no matter who is at fault in the divorce. This is the healthiest way to treat children and the best way to assure they will prosper after a divorce. The parents should act like adults instead of children! Kim grow up! Quit acting like you have a chip on your shoulder and let your daughter and her dad have a healthy relationship. Let the divorce go and move on with your life. Pretty soon your daughter is going to be old enough to see what you have done in keeping her away from her father and she will punish you for it. Quit acting so stupid Kim.

44. Kids that age have heard worse, and said worse. This was blown out out proportion. Most kids I know would laugh at a message like that. They know how to push your buttons. Kim used this to her advantage. She should be ashamed.
