Renfro Not Feel Good Enough for Oscar?

121. I was a fan of his, but I understand that he wasn't included. I don't think he made a huge impact on Hollywood or on the film industry in general. He hadn't been in a big movie in a long time. He was never nominated for, or never won an Oscar. Notice Anna Nicole Smith was not included either.

124. He was one of my favorite actors,and a better one than Ledger, in my view!!! I couldn't believe no mention was made of him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was charismatic,vulnerable,passionate-what more could one want in a star or a person?

127. I think he should have been honored too. I mean I had to sit there and watch agents and cameramen and stuntmen be honored why not Brad Renfro who I atleast would have recognized!

But I want to make a point about this whole comparing Brad and Heath thing. Heath died of an accidental overdose of LEGAL drugs his doctors gave him. He was stressed, he was tired he wanted to rest, he went to a doctor and when it didnt work he went to another and another and finally it caught up with him. Brad Renfro died from herion which is ILLEGAL , he had an addiction illness. Both are sad in their own ways but should not be compared in any way as one was breaking the law and died because of a severe addiction, the other followed the rules and died trying to make himself well.

Secondly, to the other morons who say "what kind of an example would it have been to children to honor him?" Yes it is sad what happened to Brad, and yes he should have been in the video, but of course there is an exception for Heath! Ass hole! One, it wasn't illegal drugs, and two he didnt do it with the intent to kill himself...my opinion...if you are on illegal drugs you are asking to be killed! Thats the fricken difference! Don't ever compare these two like that!
