Spears' Lawyers Say Brit Ain't No Cash Register

16. If Britney tried to retain this lawyer, she was acting with comprehension of the legal ruling she has to work under right now. The court appointed lawyer was apparently correct when he said that Britney was not able, at the time he talked to her, to understand her legal case, was not able to make decisions for herself, and could not remember what he just told her.

Anyone who did understand wouldn't be hiring this sleaze Eardley and keeping Sam in the picture, too. If she had real understanding, she would know there are legal and correct ways to get out of the conservatorship. The best way is to meet the requirements for not needing a conservator. That would require her getting the medical treatment that she needs and behaving in such a way that family and court are not worried about her health, safety, and the safety of her finances.

I have never liked any of her lawyers before now. Looked like to me they weren't doing very much for her, and Kevin's lawyer was very busy firing ammunition at her but getting no defense. Now I hope she's gotten some high powered, pro-active lawyer who will actually do something for her.

Her conservators will ask Eardley to pay all court costs and Britney's attorney's fees.

Wow, he must be a good lawyer. $40k for less than 15 days of wor....what??? 4000k a day for 10 days (a guess) would be....whoa, let's just say that guy actually did it all himself working ten, 10 hour days at $400/hour, it's possible. Wow, what a racket. The only bigger scam I can think of would maybe like Soulja Boy charging $50,000/hour for singing that absolute garbage and dancing like an idiot.

22. just ploys in efforts by the bad guys to get their hands on britney before the effects of lutfi's and possible others past efforts wears off so they can do it some more to her...knowing too that it will be months if not years before she will ever be considered truly stable again. but they know she will still be marketable...sad b/c really that is all the eardley/lutfi/sands others camp really are thinking about...tell the truth guys...if she didn't have all this money and or ability to make lots of money, would you still be so concerned....pleasssseeeeee..... hope the judge makes them pay her estate back ten fold....!!!! and pay her father ten fold for all the harrassment and headache...of going through more unnecessary crap....and all plus attorneys fee's.... !!!!!
