46. I don't get it, he "say's" she hired him when she was deemed "unfit" by the court, which in and of it's own sound's mighty fishy to me. And if he was so concerned about her emotional and physical well being, where was he during Osama Lutfi's reign of terror? I don't know about everybody else here, but Britney seems happy go lucky the times she's been out with her dad, and thanks to her daddy she has begun to look better, act with some normalcy, looks healthy, is acting with some dignity in public and most importantly, has been able to spend some time with her boys. If not for her sake, then for theirs. I hope Jamie sticks around until Britney is 100% recovered because I truly believe if leaft to her own means, she will die one way or another and I don't think anybody who has a heart wishes that upon her. She might not be the brightest crayon in the box, but when she was at her best she gave her fans much joy. I think the Feds will just drop this back to LA court, I'm sure taxpayers money can be put to better use and beside's Britney doesnt even live in New York, so isn't there a jurisdiction problem?

49. She doesn't have the legal authority to retain anyone or make any agreement so even if she did call him, she owes him nothing because it is not a legally binding agreement. Glad to hear Easdley is out $42,000- he deserves to be out a lot more than that. Eardley "suck it up and walk it off"

50. Sounds like Jon Eardley just wants to steal Britney's money like Kaplan. Eardley must be really stupid to not realize that Britney is mentally ill and cannot make decisions on her own. I seriously doubt that she called Eardley. It must have been that money moocher Sam Lutfi. Women are supposedly "gold diggers". Ha! Ever since the Britney Soap Opera started, it seems that every worm in Hollywood has crawled out of the ground to get at her money. 52. She's a huge drug addicted spoiled brat that wants to do what she wants to do when she wants to do it. She will more than likely return to her old habits once the court is off her back. She can only recover if she has the desire to recover, otherwise forget it. I think she's a lost cause that will end up loosing alot of her money on court fees and supporting K-Fed. She doesn't have the wherewithall to earn much any more, so down the tubes she goes.

53. The nerve of that lawyer & Sam Lutfi criticizing her father for moving into her house to help her. Sam is just mad because he got thrown out & can't drug her or steal anymore of her money. If not for her father being there, she would not have these visitations with her boys again.

Sam there's quite a bit of difference between a father that loves Britney & you, who only wants to steal her money & keep her from getting well. If you really care for someone, you want to help not harm them & you're one of the main reasons she lost custody of her children to begin with. You need to go far far away because you are a sick low life trying to keep a woman from getting the help she needs so she can have a relationship with her children.
