Britney returned to the dance studio last night -- and afterwards, got an evening visit from pap boytoy Adnan Ghalib!
TMZ caught Spears leaving Millennium Dance Complex after a two-and-a-half hour session, and then watched Britster riding shotgun in her chauffeured SUV.
A few hours later Adnan was spotted rolling up to Summit, and gave up a few shots to his pap brethren before heading in.

32. OMG I think they gave her visitations rights back too soon, It looks like she is back to her Ole bi-polar ways, last week she was flashing the vaginey this week shes back to seeing the HINEY!!
