Caan to TMZ -- I Love Coppola, You Guys Suck!
James Caan was piiiiised at TMZ because we made it seem like he was attacking Francis Ford Coppola.
A few weeks back we shot Caan coming out of a restaurant when a fan handed him a "Godfather" photo. Caan wanted to know who's signature was in the photo and the fan responded, "It's Francis Ford Coppola," to which Caan responded, "What a pig."
Caan's rep says the actor was looking at his own image when he said that. An angry Jimmy told us over the weekend he loved Francis and couldn't believe we said what we said. So which story you buyin'?
