Dog Chapman's wife Beth was glad to blab about the new season of their show -- but quickly turned less vocal when asked about their son's recent arrest.
Tucker -- the same son who leaked those infamous phone calls to the National Enquirer -- was busted last week on a parole violation. Beth gave TMZ a little insight though, telling us she was "sorry" about him being jailed.

47. they handled that with a lot more class then MOST ppl i know. you ask ppl about their kids who may or may not be accused of doing something "bad" and oh man! you'd think an NFL team had more defense! but for ppl like them, that do what they do, they handled that cameraman's meddling really well. i don't think even politicans could have handled it as well!

48. You guys should all shut up about that show being a depiction of the real Hawaii. Either you're too poor to visit or just too dumb and prejudiced, seems like both. They are not Hawaiian and don't ever equate them to being as such. You may be right about their family and how bad it is, but it's not because they live and work in Hawaii.
