16. No surprise. I think they should have been awarded at least some of the attorneys fees though. The court basically says this is nonsense and Eardley acted inappropriately but then says Brit is stuck with the bill for her lawyers having to answer what was essentially a frivolous motion. Yea, she can afford it but that's not the point.

18. That's not fair! They should have to pay court fee's 3 times over for making a mockery out of the justice system to gain publicity for their own means. But everything they try to get back into Britney's pocketbook keeps failing them! That's because their is a God and his named ain't Allah or Osama! Michael Sands, Osama Lutfi's PR guy was behind all of this at his clients bequest, I just wonder who the hell is going to pay his fee and the misfit Eardley now that Osama has lost his cash cow and they have shown to have no moral fiber, no regard for decency or privacy and least of all, no interest at all in Britney's rehabilitation/recuperation. Im so happy for Jaime Spears, and although I am not a fan of Britney's, I am happy for her too. Nobody deserves such misery as Osama has enabled and put her through.

They reason it was denied was because he is a non-party, didn't challenged her court -appointed lawyers position AND did not attempt to intterrupt any of the court dates on her behalf... and yet they find it "inappropriate" to award legal costs!

Exactly what do you have to be subjected to for it to be appropriate to get your costs back?

20. Well, Well, Well. It looks like LA is finally done catering to Princess Britney.

It's about god damn time. Her lifestyle is a joke and people are sick of picking up her messes from her spoiled-brat-itis. Next time she pulls the crazy driving stunts, it will be time to throw her ass in JAIL. Fail to show up for a depo? Throw her ass in jail. Fails to hand over the kids? Again, in jail. She needs to know she can't pull her little templer tantrums anymore.

26. Eardley knew his lawsuit was frivolous, and sanctions should be issued against him to the fullest extent of the law, in addition to being ordered to pay the $40K. Brit's CPA could invest that $40K fover the next 20+ years for her two son's college education instead of paying for Eardley's stupidity, which he had absolutely no business sticking his nose in.
