Celebrity Pay Dirt
Bank to Jacko: It's Your Last Pony Ride!

Michael Jackson is going the way of many American homeowners these days, only this foreclosure is a real circus.
Jackson ranch on the auction block!
FOX 411's Roger Friedman is reporting the King of Debt has just received word from Financial Title Company, the trustee of Neverland, unless he ponies up the $24,525,906.61 he owes on the monstrous mansion by March 19, it will be put up for public sale on the steps of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse!

A search on the Santa Barbara County Recorder website confirms that a "Notice of Trustees Sale" was filed yesterday by Financial Title Company.

Friedman reports that it won't just be the house for sale either -- it'll be everything. That means all of Jacko's personal property that's still inside the house (Peter Pan, is that you?!?), appliances, fixtures, rides, games and all "merry go round type devices." The report says everything that isn't nailed down must go -- and cheap!

A call to Jackson's rep for comment was not immediately returned.

16. Only in America can someone lose their home to the auction block. And it's happening more and more with your weak economy. Canada FTW!

29. Sad to hear about his financial lows, must add though, all the comments I’ve read highlights for me the view that everyone whose left a comment is looking to put another, despite views on MJ, yes another human being down by just being cruel, I hope that one day you all don’t go through troubles that has people enjoying it as you experience them, lest we all forget that MJ has done so much more to entertain the masses as possibly as one could musically yet we all quick to down him, what comes around, goes around and one day ya’ll will remember these comments, with every looming rumour of his finances, I bet ya, he’ll still retain Neverland, what then, we turn around and insult him for doing the moonwalk? Better yet, the best, everyone’s favourite, a case he was found innocent in, wake up people, there are more important problems then hatin’ on MJ, why not focus on that rather, I’m not the biggest fan of MJs but it’s time to leave him alone in his ups an lows.

30. Friedman has made a living out of being wrong about Michael Jackson. Why he still works for Fox is beyond me. We have been hearing about Michael Jacksons imminent bankruptcy for the last 15 years.

Still waiting......
