Bank to Jacko: It's Your Last Pony Ride!

Michael Jackson is going the way of many American homeowners these days, only this foreclosure is a real circus.

FOX 411's Roger Friedman is reporting the King of Debt has just received word from Financial Title Company, the trustee of Neverland, unless he ponies up the $24,525,906.61 he owes on the monstrous mansion by March 19, it will be put up for public sale on the steps of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse!

A search on the Santa Barbara County Recorder website confirms that a "Notice of Trustees Sale" was filed yesterday by Financial Title Company.

Friedman reports that it won't just be the house for sale either -- it'll be everything. That means all of Jacko's personal property that's still inside the house (Peter Pan, is that you?!?), appliances, fixtures, rides, games and all "merry go round type devices." The report says everything that isn't nailed down must go -- and cheap!

A call to Jackson's rep for comment was not immediately returned.

50. Those of you claiming Michael to be a bad man are absolutely gullible. Reporters only reported what they thought would get them money...people pay more attention to negative infomation than positive (you can find this info in journalism books), so they will twist stories to their liking. There is so much proof that he is a loving, caring, innocent man..too much to mention here. As someone else had said, the Aphrodite Jones puts together ALL evidence from "the trial"..so instead of being ignorant, go get the book, check your facts, and THEN tell us where you opinion on Michael Jackson stands.

By the way, for all you MJ apologists out there (poor things...you do realize it's not 1984, right?) -- during the course of the SECOND investigation of child molestation (yes, that's right, there wereTWO...that we know of) , were you blind as to what came to light? The booze, the porn, the bedroom with an alarm, the parents in separate bungalows out of sight? After he managed to skate in 1993, what "Evil White Man" can you blame for his continued inappropriate behavior around children? It's been widely reported that he just refused to listen to his hangers-on ("Mike, you may want to cool it with the goddamn little boys every minute..."). He went on television years later, as we all saw, and defiantly proclaimed to STILL sleep in the bed with children. And he was later genuinely perplexed at the outcome of that proclamation??? Why do you people continue to make excuses for him? As a Black woman (and a fan of his, by the way), I say you all should put down the race card and pray that he finally gets the help he needs.

57. To all those who keep calling his place a pedo palace or a child molesting place should all be ashamed of themselves! MJ was proven innocent you idiots! You are just as bad as the media.
As far as MJ losing his ranch is concerened, I feel if he wants it, this is his time to pony up some cashola. If he doesn't want it, let it go. All though it has many great memories, the recent ones have been very bad. Even his employees turned their back on him.

58. "Pedo Palace" through and through, baby! If he loved his home so much he wouldn't have hightailed it out of there so fast when his whole facade was exposed. I mean, he left the COUNTRY and said he could never live there again. Why, because some cops came in and looked around?!? Like I said, liquor bottles and porn were the last things we all expected to be in a "magical" place like that, and guess what.

I live by the credo that you never, ever REALLY know someone. How many times have you heard about someone who snapped and killed someone, or cheated on their spouse, or stole a bunch of money--and everyone around them says "He/She was so quiet, such a kind and loving person, I just simply can't believe it??". Exactly. Just because you've loved the way someone sings and dances doesn't mean you know them. They're human just like everyone else.

All of Hollywood would be planning a telethon for him right about now if he didn't have such an "ick" factor because of the allegations. Don't see anyone stepping up so far. Coincidence? I think not. "Not guilty" does not always equal "innocent".
