OH. MY. GAWD! The spirit of Janice Litman attacked Matthew Perry last night, when a gaggle of girls screamed at him in an unmistakable, cringe-inducing Lawng Eyeland accent.
In typical Chandler fashion, Perry tried to escape as quickly as possible. We hear Yemen's nice this time of year.

12. It sounds like the girls were imitating 'Janice' on purpose. Nassau Co. sure has that accent, used to go t Jericho NY, Or as they say "JAAR-i-COH". And it's "Lawng-GUY-lin" a double hard g sound
But he and the others will be forever called their characters, as long as the reruns go on. That's why they are not A list film stars as they thought they'd be by now.
