As far as what Eardley might try, I have no idea. Clearly he has no legal standing in federal court, and would get the same treatment in Probate Court (a la Streisand). I heard some rumbles about a RICO wire fraud type of filing against Jaime Spears. That wouldn't give Eardley standing, but maybe he's hoping for a criminal investigation or something to force a removal of Mr. Spears. In the end, even that wouldn't dismantle the conservatorship. Mr. Spears is a CO-conservator, so the court has plenty of oversight into exactly what happens with the estate. Further, the court will have evidence presented at the next hearing as to what progress Britney has been making under the current arrangements. That, and whatever the reports state that her current capacity is, will dictate what comes next. I think it is also California law that Britney has to be present next time (if it is indeed a hearing for a permanent conservatorship), unless she meets specific criteria.

The RICO stuff sounds unbelievable to me. Jamie Spears seems to be a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. The "problem" is truly Britney Spears. There are no laws against being immature and poorly educated in a academic kind of way. I truly realize that the court has information that the public has no knowledge of ... or right to, about her.

I wish that the community of lawyers would censor Mr. Eardley in some way.

The police department spokesman clearly says that they have no idea if there will be a formal investigation. Then, the idiot TMZ writer puts a "translation - my point, even though it was directly contradicted by the offiicial statement" sentence. I swear, TMZ hires 8th graders to write these articles...

Just think if she is. That means Lynne spears 1st daughter has become a leg spread slut & snatch flashing exhibitionist, has gone insane & is pregnant outside of legal marriage with someone who's trying to use her to make money. Her 2nd daughter has gotten pregnant outside of marriage, WHILE UNDERAGE, and may have gotten pregnant from her middle aged manager, who apparently is threatening to sue her so he can make money off of her & the baby. Sure makes you wish Lynne hadn't stopped writing that faith based book on "how to properly raise kids in today's world".

236. Brit is in the best hands possible. Her family will look out for what is best for her. If anyone thinks otherwise, you are crazy. They love her and her kids. She is very lucky to have them finally back in her life so she can get the Hollywood moochers out of her life. It's discusting what people have done to her and assisted in her self distruction.
