LAPD Now Confirms Britney Investigation

Britney SpearsThe LAPD is finally commenting on the investigation first reported by TMZ earlier this month.

As we said, Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the Robbery Homicide division of LAPD for allegedly drugging Brit. LAPD officials first said there was no such investigation. Now, Captain Kyle Jackson of Robbery Homicide has issued the following statement:

"The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated. Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced. At this time we don't know whether or not a formal investigation will be initiated."

Translation -- They're lookin' at Sam.

February 2 - Jamie moves into Britney's house (date may not be exact-but close)
February 6 - Britney released from hospital
Several times Adnon came to Brit's house to visit under the scrutiny of Papa Spears. I doubt VERY much that Papa is going to sit quietly in the livingroom while his daughter is getting it on with Adnan. So Britney pregnant? Not a chance.

40. Bottom line: Britney is a mess and needs a lot of love and guidance right now--mainly so she continues her treatment so she can regain control of her life, her career, and see her kids. The people on the sidelines, including this lawyer, don't know her or her current condition, so they should stop exploiting her for their own publicity and $$$. Since her father took control, she is no longer driving around amlessly all day/night, acting so out of control, and "making friends" with people who keep exploiting a very sick gal.

41. Britney said they were trying to take her children and they took her children. She then said they are trying to take her money and they took her money. That's what the LAPD should investigate.

Sam Lutfi is probably going to use this experience and what he learns from Jaime Spears to refine his scam and ruin a lot of lives. Expect Sam to become a conservator for a lot of old people in the future. There is a lot of money in it thanks to the courts.
