35. Kelly looks great shes lost alot of weight...Kelly is pretty its just the jaw structure on her face that makes it look kinda manly like Chyna..Other then that she looks good. But I agree she needs to help out her friend Amy Now that is one scary chick.

36. Janet G, some people do naturally have chubby cheeks and round faces. My face shape is very similar to Kelly's, and it looks like that whether I'm thinner or heavier. All I lose is a bit under my chin and a tiny bit around the rear portion of my cheeks. She's probably the same way.

And to many of the rest of you, yeah, she doesn't have the classic heart-or-oval-shaped face, but round faces can be beautiful as well. She has very even features, and she knows how to emphasise her best features (her eyes and lips). I think she's really looking very lovely as of late.

38. I also think she looks really good. Despite her lifestyle (hopefully all in the past), her skin is flawless! I'd kill to have it.

She didn't have much of a prayer at having a normal, grounded life considering the environment in which she was born. Hopefully now that she is an adult she can, along with her brother, go forward in a healthy way.

39. WTF had the "brilliant" notion that this look could ever be considered hot? Maybe to an F'n drag queen or some former fattie who was/is in the same weighted down boat as Kelly Osbourne (like a Kirstie Alley type or something), it's hot, but not to any REAL MAN...Yeah, she maybe lost some long overdue unnecessary weight on that lttle Sherman tank-shaped mess of a body of hers, but let's not get carried away here, people...

She's still got a helluva long ways to go before all the typical excessive adjectives that women always shower upon each other when they lose a LITTLE weight or change their hairstyle(to one that maybe even ISN'T too attractive or might even be WORSE than the one that she started with)...You know WTF I mean, "Oh, you look SOOO GORGEOUS now" type of junk...Can you remotely imagine a STRAIGHT man saying that to another guy after a new style haircut or after a good week of working out?? HELL NO, b/c it would appear or sound utterly ridiculous...She ain't getting no standing ovation for that look from me...It's not like she's on a level with a MEGAN FOX or JESSICA ALBA or anything remotely in that ballpark...Just tone the hype down a couple of notches...KEEP IT A LITTLE REAL PLEASE B/C THAT'S DISRESPECTING THE WOMEN WHO'VE DONE THE HARD WORK & ARE ALREADY DESERVING OF THAT TYPE OF HIGH COMPLIMENT...

42. Emmy, first of all, I was not putting Kelly down. I said her body looks great. I too have a round face, and when I lose weight, my face slims down a bit as well. Her face has not slimmed down at all. In my opinion, whatever she did to lose the weight (which in my personal opinion appears to be some sort of surgery), she should work on slimming her face a bit because I think it would complement her look even more. If you read the end of my previous comment I wrote "regardless of how she lost the weight, good for her". Plus Emmy, even if she did have surgery to lose the weight, why do you assume that is a put down? Her mother Sharon who in my opinion is beautiful, openly admitted she had surgery herself to lose weight, and I don't think that is a bad thing. Everyone has something about themselves they do not like, and I give anyone a lot of credit who has the will to actually fix what makes them uncomfortable or unhealthy. So once again I say say in regards to Kelly, good for her.

45. HER CLOTHES ARE WHAT MAKES HER LOOK THINNER! WHEN SHE SHOWS OFF HER TATTOOS (SP) SHE LOOKS LIKE DOG MEAT ! THEY LOOK HORRIBLE. I WONDER IF PEOPLE WISH THEY NEVER GOT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF STYLE THESE DAYS.
