It seems the cold London air -- and two stints in rehab -- have done Kelly Osbourne's body good.
The 23-year-old was spotted outside her North London home on Tuesday, looking pretty fierce -- in a "Superman II" villainess sort of way!
Now if only she could work her makeover magic on BFF Amy Winehouse.

106. I think that she looks great. Maybe she's not "super" hot as in super model/star, but that's an unnatural beauty & is rarely ever real as most of those pictures have been photoshopped & airbrushed to make them appear to be perfect. Shame on all of you for criticizing her for still looking "fat" & for saying that she used her thyroidism to lose weight. If she dies from it, a good chunk of the blame should go on the media & John Q Public. You made her (and many other women) feel like it's more of a priority to look "hot" than to take care of one's health. Not everyone can have the size 0 figure, nor should everyone. I'm not saying that everyone should have a size 22 figure. Far from it. However, where do people get off saying that a size 8 or a size 12 is fat? I think that she looks great & works to keep the weight off. Hard work & a proper diet are the only things that keeps people looking good.
