61. 29. Oh, this is getting tiresome. But the question that begs to be asked ~ How in the h*ll do these paps know where she'll be all the time? I mean, I understand watching for her at Starbucks ect., but a random Chineese joint? She's got to be the one tipping them off. The idiots that used to run her life aren't around anymore so that leaves her. I realize this is a rhetorical question but why does she do such a pathetic thing when she just had her babies for a visit? She's a jerk, illness or not. She does need inpatient care where her boys could still visit but keep her out of the public. Enough of all this swarming every single damn day. Jeebus!!

Hi 20 more days until spring,

We all know that she should be committed, but that's not going to happen because Jamie Spears wasn't granted conservatorship over her medical issues. She doesn't know that old adage "if three people tell you you're crazy, you probably are."

I really hope that she is injured in some way, so that a law is passed that the paparazzi can not come within a certain circle of feet of a celebrity. If she continues in this way, she will never be allowed to take her children out in public.

I would do a better job than Sam as a PR person, but I'm too classy to take her on as a client.

66. Brit, You know who you are. Look inside your soul for the strength. Ask a higher power to guide you. I have seen some awful days. Hospitalized, 2 kids...we share very similar stories. Just know, for as many people that cast stones your way, they also harbor inner demons. Handle this with grace. You will be ok again. 69. It's just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt during one of her pointless outings. If it turns out to be some kid or an innocent bystander the public is going to point the finger of blame at her. She could so easily avoid all this crap but instead encourages it. I hope she NEVER gets her boys back. She's crazy and will do anything for publicity. Her boys would never be safe with her.

Darn-it, I am a classy person! I just see that something has to happen to force a new law to be made.

In fact, that is just about how ALL new laws are made. MADD wasn't in even in existence until some mother's child was killed by a drunk driver. AMBER ALERTS didn't happen until the kidnapping of Amber. Laws don't happen until the public perceives a need for them.

Maybe, just maybe if Britney is injured in someway, it would forced a new law or ordinance about the paparazzi. Did you ever see that movie "David Gale" ? It would explain a lot to you.

74. Fair enough Diane T. It's just that to actually wish harm to someone.... well. you know what I mean.

The problem is that the laws taht deal with paps are to deal with the aftermath, and while ONE politician is trying to change things (well a little at least), the majority refuse to acknowlege the issue. It's much easier to blame the "victim" than to actually do something constructive. That police guy - can't remember his rank - actually went on radio and said he has laws coming out of his behind to deal with it. Where are they? Nowehere. Else they would be being used.

Fair enough. It's a vicious circle. The celebs use press to promote. The press use celebs to sell. But the ones stepping over the line are still the press. 2nd vicious circle. No paps, no pics. No big earnings off pics, no dangerous paps.

The guy wanting to work towards this change wants some kind of zoen around celebs that paps can't enter. My space, your space. Why can't they just enforce it. It would keep everyone safe, and both sides could still use each other just the same.......!

Maybe someone should get a petition going to support him.
