49. This is really sad. It was so wrong for a child to be murdered by another child. but Ellen saying "Being gay is okay" is not true. It clearly states in God's word that homosexuality is a sin. Im not discriminating. I know many gay people and they are nicer than alot of straight people that I know. But homosexuality is still a sin. God created partnership to be with one man and one woman forever. America is so confused these days and it makes me really sad

50. WHEN I WAS IN HIGHSCHOOL, 79 GRAD, WE HAD A CROSS-DRESSING GAY, HE DIDN'T BOTHER STRAIGHT PEOPLE. HE WAS ON THE WRESTLING TEAM, AND WENT ON TO BE STATE CHAMPION. WE SEEN HIM AT COMMON PARTIES AND THE BARS, AND HE WAS FRIENDLY, WITHOUT BEING A PROMOTER OF HIS LIFESTYLE, UNFORTUNATELY, HE WAS KILLED IN A DRUNK DRIVING CRASH. 52. being gay isn't a choice or a lifestyle, it's just the way someone is. why do people feel threatened by that? it's not like a gay person can hit you with a "gay stick" and turn you gay! the poor kid was probably led to believe by cruel classmates that the other boy actually was interested in him!

54. I think what probably happened is that Brandon got made fun of and accused of being gay because Lawrence hit on him. Now, I'm definitely NOT in ANY way, shape, or form suggesting that killing Lawrence was right or deserved, but I'm just wondering if that's why Brandon felt such a strong desire to kill Lawrence--to get revenge on the person who caused him humiliation. Obviously, this is a child who already had serious problems and I guess this was the last thing that finally him over the edge.

It's a very poor reflection on our society that a gay person hitting on a straight person is apparently so humiliating and offensive that a child would actually kill another child for it. And HOW exactly did this child get his hands on a gun in the first place? Why aren't more people asking THAT?!

Most of the time the black on black crimes are result of gang violence..... these kids know right from wrong and yet they are in gangs polluting the streets w/ guns drugs and god only knows what else and when they kill EACH OTHER we are supposed to feel bad for them??

Being gay isn't a choice ......... being in a violent street gang is something you do when you are a heartless hood rat w/ nothing better to do with your life.

Teresa Hively, perhaps I can't speak for everyone, but personally, I never leave my name, let alone my full name, because you never know what people will do with information of any kind they find about you online. Besides, on a site like TMZ, people tend to post under each other's names. Look what they do to this girl named Kelli!
