Amy Facing More Police Probing? No, No, No!

Amy Winehouse is free to shake that beehive all over town -- the London police confirmed today that they will be taking no more action against the popwreck in that justice-perverting case.

Winehouse was due to return to face the cops after an initial interview in December, but is scot-free after police have determined that she's no longer a suspect in the case, which involved her jailed hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.

Her rep tells TMZ, "Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her."
