Robert Irvine"Dinner: Impossible" chef Robert Irvine has been fired from the Food Network's kitchen!

After it was discovered that Robert lied about his credentials -- including having designed Princess Diana's wedding cake -- Food Network honchos investigated the situation and today released a statement saying they "have not renewed Robert's contract for future seasons" and "will be looking for a replacement host."

181. Hypocrites! Food Network, If he's done something worth fireing, don't show the shows you haven't aired yet.
Personally, if you air those unaired shows, I think you owe Robert a new contract, higher pay, and a dinner with the Royals.

183. The Food Network is going to hell in a handbasket. It seems like the network wants to purge itself of any real chefs and wants to pay nobody home cookers. Who's next? Alton Brown and Ace of Cakes? They're the only reason to watch the network now.

184. Robert Irvine is the bomb, they need to find an alternative way to punish him. Keep the show with him as host. If there is a petition I would gladly sign it. KEEP ROBERT IRVINE

185. To support Robert Irvine call 1-212-549-4488, the Scripps network office office that houses the Food Network President Brooke Johnson and ask to speak to Carrie Welsh who is the VP of Media Relations. Robert is worth saving!

186. To the Flay Network (Food Network). Comments on current personalities.

Bobby Flay - Annoying and lacking in many many ways. Blue corn Taco Bell chef.
Alton Brown - Get rid of the spike comb over.. No one wants hair in their good eats.
Sara Lee - Annoying Martha Stewart wanna be.
Barefoot Contessa - Morbidly obese Martha Stewart wanna be
Emeril Lagasse - I can't go to the store with out seeing at least fifty products with his face on it. In other words a sell out. His joke writers have been on strike for years. We no about the chicken police, damn it.
Rachel Ray - Yummo (NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
Giada De Laurentiis - Go back to acting, maybe the adult entertainment industry would have something for you. Be as your boobies almost always seem to be a breath from popping out.
Paula Dean - Dirty old man in woman form.
Dean Boys - Really? Is that a clause in Paula's contract?
Two Dudes - Does that sushi have weed in it? Oh look brownies.
Amy Finley - The ugly troll next store. One word dentist.
Ingrid Hoffmann - That's right keep rolling those burritos. Oh yea slow baby.

187. If you enjoy Dinner Impossible WITH Robert Irvine please write a comment to the Food Network and let them know replacing him would be a huge mistake. His charm, wit and charisma is what makes the whole thing work. You can post comments at

I do not care what he may or may not have done over 20 years ago, I enjoy his style and count him as one The Food Network's best (and few) talents.

188. Oh please eveyone lies on their resume, show me someone who hasn't. Get him back he was the only one on that network with any personality. They should get rid of that Guy Fierie, what a waste of air time he cant cook his way out of a paper bag,and all that jewelry he looks like an idiot. And Emeril what a fat a-s-s shoemaker he is so gross. Now lets get to Bobby Flay what a dumb Stupid dispaly and a bad excuse for a Chef, H can barely compose a sentence and what an ego get rid of him.

189. The food network should keep Robert Irvine. The show would not be the same without him. I do not even listen to the opening of the show when they talk about his past.

191. Chef Irvine showed to all of us; the
millions of people that he could perform his work and all the duties that went along with it. Robert is not a joke and
please forgive him of mistakes. Give the person another chance, and foodnetwork needs to look at the real talent
instead of the few so called chefs that clam to be the best. We all need not to be quick to judge people, but be
quite and watch. I have seen people lie on resume's before and they nearly got themself's killed due to lack of the
ability to perform their job. They failed and the cost was high.

Please forgive and reinstate Chef Irvine. Placing judgment on others can and will fall back on us too.

193. I'm glad they fired him. He is rude to people and acts like a jerk! His last couple shows really degraded people. So I am happy he's gone. Besides, Character is what it takes to be a leader. He should lose respect of everyone. I believe in forgiveness which he should be forgiven but he put his character on the line. So bye bye Bobby Urrr... Vine!

194. Robert fired over embellishing his resume? Funny how Food Network's DRAMA etched format for all of their male chefs suddenly can't understand why someone might use the same hype to get hired. If Robert had just been awesome - capable and up to the job, without the white house and royal family in his resume - he'd likely been passed over for a more dramatic 'anybody'. I say keep Robert... Whomever went gunning for him had some other more personal agenda Robert is as alpha male as you can get, and probably caused some underendowed Food Netework exec insecurity issues. Robert, we still luv ya man... maybe even more, now that we see you as less superman and capable of human frailty. Magic Mare

195. Whether he lied or not....Dinner Impossible was the best thing that happened on Food Network channel. . No,..one, I mean no one can take the place of Robert who was the star of the show. Since the Food Network channel has fire him, I find the other line up boring. I am disappointed. I hope you are deluged with fan mail wanting him back on. Lady J
