"Idol" Kids -- Feudin' Like Cats and Dogs

46. I've never cared for these young kids in former AI seasons -that have had a huge following in the past... like the Clay Aikens, etc. and ALL the other cheese-balls. I agree with some of you on that.... BUT......................

It's propbably the best cover of any song I've ever heard. To be able to sing this better than the original, and make it your own and not try to sound the the original, is a gift. So even if he weren't to win the whole thing, he will be the biggest record deal factor, even if he has to go the Chris Daughtrey route. He IS the REAL deal.

48. I personally know Danny Noriega and he is a really sweet person. He has a great heart. Who cares that he is gay? That doesn't change the fact that he can sing. He shouldn't be judged by the way he speaks on t.v....thats his nerves getting the best of him. He should be judged for what the show is about and thats talent & he's got a heck of a lot of that. Vote for Danny! =)

49. I don't get it...how come the guys are ganging up on David because he can sing and may have had a contract at one time. What about Carly who we definitely know had a contract at one time.
I think David is the best guy singer they have. I am not a Carly fan. I also think that one of the girls kicked off last night was a wrong chose. Unortunately I think Amanda should have been gone. She was horrible on Wednesday night

51. Regarding American Idol, the younger vocalist, David, is in a class all his own and he shows poise and class! He has a beautiful voice and in the caliber of Josh Groban. He may be young, but he has the strongest and best voice bar none in the competition. The strongest vocal in the females by far is the Filipino girl with another easy listening voice. This is a "voice" competition! Not to mention, both these individuals have a very nice appearance and not so full of themselves.
It's refreshing! Being a vocalist/musician myself, I would buy both of their CD's! I wish them both all the best!

52. All I know is that I hate Amanda and I want to know what she wasn't voted off! I can't stand watching the show because she literally makes me want to throw up. David is amazing and so is the Irish girl. Syesha's hair looks a bazillion times better than that filthy thing on Amanda's head and that's all I know!

53. Jealousy is a bitch, and every single one of those other contestants knows that David has an amazing talent and that they just don't measure up. Danny is adorable too and he has charisma and talent that will make him a star. I hate all of the girls!!

57. I haven't read through all the comments but I was very suprised the one girl was voted off last night? I don't remember her name but she was the black girl. The one judge really liked her as well. I think she was so much better than some of the other girls. WAY better. What a surprise that was she was better than Amanda. She is so phony but the judges were egging her on the first few times. There was no mentio about her striped hair, Paula was all compliments saying she liked her then the other night they let loose with a different story. Strange group.

59. Syesha is great. Period. Danny is the kid I find annoying, but I have nothing against him. Kady comes off like a spoiled little brat and I would never vote for her no matter what kind of performance she turns out.

But all in all, I don't like this year's contestants nearly as much as last year. There's nobody I have seen yet that I think is a superstar. David is very talented and will do well, I'm sure -- put I'm not his target audience.

There are some, like Syesha that i LIKE, but nobody I'm really rooting for -- not yet.
