67. Ive known for a few years now that its illegal to ask for a late payment in california. Its also not considered evictable till you can prove they havent paid rent for a length of time. ( Im not 100% on the months but its more than 1) So the landlord demanding a late fee is one illegal and 2 to try to evict on it is unrealistic as its not legal either.

Britney is locked in to those lease payments because she signed a contract lease agreement on that property, but she does not use that house on Ramirez Canyon Road anymore and it's a good bet she will not renew that lease after the 1-year contract expires. Britney hightailed it out of that house even before the Malibu fires last year and I am pretty sure that when she left she had no intention of ever coming back.

That house on Ramirez Canyon Road is haunted.

Brit has spent very few days and nights there after she leased that house and she has not stayed over night in the house since Alli Sims moved out. Alli Sims was staying there with Britney and Brit has not spent one night alone in that house after Alli moved to the Marina Del Rey, Marina Pointe Apartments. Everyone should recall that after Brit leased that house she and Alli spent most nights in hotels, and after Alli Sims moved into the Marina Pointe Apartments, Britney divided her time staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel and some nights at Alli Sims' Marina Pointe apartment until she took her Beverly Hills home off the real estate market and settled in again at her Summit Circle house. That is because the house she leased on Ramirez Canyon Road in Malibu is apparently haunted and it appears the previous owner of the house, Alexi Csato, confirmed that the house is haunted.

Excerpt from the Daily Star:

A previous owner of the ultra-exclusive home, French-born Alexi Csato, said: "The place is definitely haunted. My family had some extremely frightening supernatural experiences."

Alexi, who lived there with her Hungarian husband, added: "We traced the history of the place and believe the spirit of a tormented girl is trapped there.

"We discovered her burning ambition was to be a singer but she never realised her dream.

"Who knows what unearthly anger is burning inside her spirit now Britney, one of the world’s most famous pop singers, is living there?"

She went on: "We sold the house because we couldn’t stand it any more.

"There were all sorts of unexplained bumps and noises." Most chilling of all was the sound of a female voice hitting a note "like a high C."

She said: "My daughter and I heard it several times. It was definitely a girl’s voice.

"I’m not surprised Britney can’t bear to be there. If I’d known she was moving in, I’d have warned her."

72. Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa......been telling people this for months. This chick doesn't have 100 million. She may have 100 million in assets, but subtract all of her liabilities and see what you are left with. The fundamental accounting 101 very basic formula: Assets - Liabilities = Net Worth. That's what you are worth. That's why I am never impressed with these people who live in grand houses, drive expensive cars, have expensive jewelry and clothes.
