Looks like all those vacations have finally caught up with him -- Nick Lachey's face was a lovely shade of burned when TMZ caught him at an L.A. gas station.
Using his cell phone at the gas pump, which clearly warns against it, doesn't make him look any brighter.
46. FYI: Nick had the money when he and Jessica hooked up. That's why there was no pre-nup. Her daddy didn't want her to sign one. Also, Nick did get some money from Jessica, but not nearly as much as he was legally entitled to. Remember, it was Jessica who wanted to end the marriage and now it's Jessica whose career is in the toilet, not Nick's. To me, Nick is a regular guy with a regular girl, Vanessa, and he is just trying to live his life as normally as possible for someone who is famous.
