I do know biracial people , friends, colleagues who are just as disgusted by his choice to portray himself as black...and not just caucasian/aftican. I wouldn't interview anyone on the street no, but Tiger Woods and mariah Carey are the only two celebrities I can think of that correct or define themselves better for who they are, they don't try to sugar coat or play into stereotypes or "choose" a race. Halle Berry and Alicia Keys have said they think of themselves as Black even though both love their Caucasian mothers, they have "chosen" to be black. good for them, but it isn't real, it isn't honest in the end. If yoiu can't be comfortable with who you are and be blunt and correct people and forge acceptance of bi-racialism, then aren't you in the end, segregating yourself as a black person instead of allowing us all to blend and not think twice about it. But his campaign is constantly forcing us to think about race, when he could have just eliminated that crap by being clear from the get go

The problem with that scenario is that, having been born in August 1961, the future senator was not conceived until sometime in November 1960. So if this African grandfather heard words that ''sent a shout across oceans,'' inspiring him to send his goat-herder son to America, it was not a Democrat Jack Kennedy he heard, nor his brother Bobby, it was a Republican President, Dwight D. Eisenhower

132. Fred Armisen is of Brazilian origins which possibly means he might have some Afro DNA anyways...but who gives a crap?? Barack Obama is mixed race with both Afro and Anglo/Caucasian DNA and Fred Armisen played Obama to the tee! He did a great job. Who actually complained about this because I don't think any viewers actually did.

I think this article is just typical bull$hit media spin created to stir and stir the pot. Fred Armisen is good at playing many ethnic, non-white characters(Price, Native American comedian) but no one complains when he does it!

133. So many here keep saying 'actor', did you all forget these are comedians doing comedy sketches. An actor does not always mean a comedian, ask any of them how hard comedy is and they will tell you it is harder than drama. But here it is being turned into DRAMA by a newspaper. If you watch SNL you are looking for the laughs not DRAMA.
