47. #11--Why--you sound extreme to me. I find Terri and Bindi annoying, but don't you think calling her a bitch, when you don't even know what's behind the story, is a bit much? How do any of us know whose fault this is? There are two sides to every story, you know. I think if Steve's wishes are carried out, then no one is wrong.

49. There is a basic cultural difference between Terry from the U.S. ('mo money) , and Mr. Irwin Sr. from Australia. (This Zoo is about conservation and wildlife preservation.)

i have to agree w/ most posters here that terrie is abusing her control of the zoo, but also the children......this family never grieved....when it all crashes the children and animals will suffer....
terrie, let the zoo workers do their job.....be the widow in the background and allow steve's dad to continue with what he loves....keep your kids out of the limelight, they are not steve. let steve's legacy live out at the zoo. allow the children to be children, allow them to grieve (long overdue).

It is one thing for Steve Irwin as an adult to put his life in danger but for Terri to allow their children to play with snakes and be near dangerous animals AND to put a little girl on TV to commercialize the zoo and make MONEY off the little child is horrible. Steve did not do that when he was alive.

THIS is the terri irwin show,she had mindy out there smiling and talking to the press at steve's funeral,steve irwin was what he was but at least he was real,i doubt very much id steves dad see's his grandkid's very much anyway,terri has tried to make a steve irwin out of bindi,with steve's personality not bindi's own personality,terry irwin should have just let steve's dad run the zoo,i am sure there is many other things she can take care of,terri irwin is going to americanize bindi and bob,nothing wrong with american's but those kids should be allowed to be kids in australia,not trapesing all over the world in the name of steve irwin at there ages.IMO ONLY.

55. I would think this is they way steve and terry would have wanted the kids to be EVEN if he hadn't died. How would be any different? He was dangling his infant son in front of crocs. The kids are doing what they know it is all they know. It is there life. The Dad maybe is old and just wants to retire who really knows??? It could be nothing more than he is tired.

59. I think that Terri Irwin, who hails from my home state of Oregon, needed to take a long period of time off when Steve died so she could grieve in private. She took his early death very hard (wouldn't we all?) and I think it might have affected her reasoning to a degree.

This has nothing to do with a nine-year old child. I hate to see the Irwin children in the news like this, no matter who put her there.

Terri Irwin was a business woman in Eugene, Oregon long before she met Steve Irwin. She has the knowledge and skills to make the Australia Zoo the best in the world. Perhaps the business end has gotten too much emphasis in Steve's father Bob Irwin's eyes, and not enough on Steve's conservation dreams.

Too bad this had to go public. It must be a real problem, especially tha tax troubles.
