Amy Winehouse is on drugs -- for a bacterial skin infection.
According to People, the wrecktastic weaved wonder has been prescribed antibiotics after being diagnosed with impetigo, a contagious skin infection which usually appears as small blisters or scabs.
That partly explains why she looked so bad over the weekend.

A bad case of STREP-THROAT or a STAPH INFECTION can result in Impetago.
I'm glad to see that a few people have already pointed this out.
