I don't care who you are. Coming out in public like that is AWFULL!!!! For TMZ to get a shot of her, she must have come out her front door, and NOT in her backyard for christs sake. WTF people, if you saw that in your neighborhood you'd be either laughing like hell or shaking your heads ruefully. Let's be real here...................Maybe Leo will see this and call his mother and ask her not to go out in public looking like a homeless person or more so a real NUT CASE.
