Sean Preston and Jayden James spent the morning with their momma today -- TMZ spotted one of K-Fed's vehicles leaving her house with the kids at noon.
As TMZ first reported, Britney is allowed visitation so long as her father and her psychiatrist are present.

20. ~ James, Jaime, or whatever-his-name-is Spears came along just in time to grab the reins out of the hands of all those $$$ sucking leeches that had attached themselves to Britney.
~ If Vicky Lynn Hogan had had strong men in her family to step forward in time - she and Danny probably would be alive today.
~ Sean and Jayden are two lucky boys to have a grounded-grandfather. Britney needs to be grateful for her Father's love rather than testify against him on March 17th. Even Federline is beginning to gain more respect.

22. I read in one mag/rag that the first visit , the boys were a little shy etc. and Brit cried. Afterwards, K-fed called to thank Papa Jamie and find out how Brit was doing after the boys left.
see... there are actually people that care about her including her ex. i am sure he wants what is best for his boys and that is to have their healthy mom in their lives.
now... if she can just get and stay healthy. then all this nonsense on tmz and the mag/rags can move on to other things.

23. I think we have all lost sight of the fact that there are two little boys who have probably missed their mother more than we can understand. They don't know or understand that their mother has a mental illness and they are going to love her because she is their mother. As long as Britney is playing by the rules, I am sure K-Fed has no problem with the boys spending time with their mother. The needs of those kids have to come first and foremost.
