So, just let your photog know that Ron, not only has been Emmy nominated and is a gentleman, but he has a brain, he is a Yale graduate. So, photog, he is being polite laughing at your question 'cause he knows you are never going to be part of that 1% of the population that knows how to collect information, retain it and use it.

Hello TMZ are you looking for new photographers because I volunteer. Seriously, Ron Livingston is one bf the most underrated actors in Hollywood and does not get the credit he deserves. He proved whyhis fanbase has followed him from Swingers, to Office Space, to Sex in the City, Standoff and The Music Within. Maybe you need to educate yourselves on the celebrities you are photographing before making a an idiotic move like asking one who they are. Ron Livingston has class and integrity and responded to the situation well which would explain why so many people love him. You are awesome Ron!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kudos to Ron- very, very classy come back by NOT giving his name. Love the "you, know sometimes I can't remember my name......" This photog was not smart enough to realize you slammed him. This fan was as annoyed at you obviously were with this knucklehead.
A Radio side note here; Isn't TMZ aired on the Fox (I still don't have a clue) network-???? hmmmmmm, go figure.
