But $4 million for a home on the Island? That is a steal, actually, even if it's a tear down. Some of the homes on the small narrow barrier island sell for upwards of $50 million. Greg Norman's old place [ he lost it in his divorce after he started fooling around with tennis great Chris Evert] is on the market for $75 million. It's the richest community in the USA per capita. And private as hell.
