Carlton, er, Alfonso Ribeiro must suffer from a short-term memory. TMZ spotted the valet bandit outside of Villa last night, then later caught him back at the scene of the heinous crime -- Hyde.


Alfie denies even being at Hyde last week -- he must have forgotten that we captured the whole thing on camera. Then he proceeds to stiff the valet again -- in front of cameras! What's he smokin'?
