Ashlee Simpson, Drunk or Dingbat?

16. She couldn't have been drunk "last night" when she got that tatoo - if it was done legit. By law they are not supposed to tattoo drunk people because their blood is thinner and the tattoo can bled and not heal properly mand cause other health risks. So maybe she got drunk after that and pulled an all-nighter, but I doubt it. She's just kinda ditzy isn't she? I mean she can't even remember the lyrics to her song and she might have to be lip syncing them soon? LOL, I think dingbat!

29. Actually, the DJ didn't alter the interview at all. I heard it live this morning and she sounded completely out of it. It wasn't until after the interview had ended that Kane brought up the idea that she had been drunk. Having listened to it a couple times now, I don't think she was drunk so much as she didn't have anything real to say. Definite dingbat, but drunk? Unlikely.
