Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to the former Playmate's estate.
Smith's attorney and companion Howard K. Stern had sought to clarify Smith's final wishes as her will was written in 2001 -- five years before the little girl was born.
In addition, the judge also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Stern and the child's father Larry Birkhead as co-trustees.
The toddler could stand to inherit millions from the fortune of her mother's late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall, which is still tied up in a heated court battle.

I knew evil Stern would be a Trustee . Is he still living in someone else's house in the Bahamas? Are his parents still supporting him? There's NO way Howard Marshall's estate will pay one dime toward Dannielynn. She was born a long time after he died. Even his son is dead. Why should his grandchildren pay for Stern and Berkhead to live off of Dannielynn for the rest of their lives?
Anna Nicole married Marshall for his money, of course, but they never lived together. He gave her millions, a house, jewels, etc. For Stern and Berkhead to try to get more of his money is idiotic. Stern, especially, is a Thief. Have they had the hearings in the Bahamas about Anna Nicole's and Danie'ls deaths yet? If not, why is the delay?
