Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to the former Playmate's estate.
Smith's attorney and companion Howard K. Stern had sought to clarify Smith's final wishes as her will was written in 2001 -- five years before the little girl was born.
In addition, the judge also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Stern and the child's father Larry Birkhead as co-trustees.
The toddler could stand to inherit millions from the fortune of her mother's late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall, which is still tied up in a heated court battle.

Hey guess what YOU freak.............I have the same eye condition as Dannielynn, I went to numerous doctors as a child, and also as an adult, and was told repeatedly that corrective surgery could cause my eye to turn out instead of in.
Why are you so full of hate? Have you looked at yourself in the mirror lately?
Just so you know.........my contacts and/or glasses correct it for the most part.

Hope the Marshall Estate fights this until the bitter end! This woman and everyone who surrounded her the last 12 years of her life were/are absolutely without any morals or personal ethics and was only after this money; hopefully, all news will shutdown about this child (who will grow up with a low I.Q.) now that we go through this cycle of information.

I am glad and will you all stop with Howard K. Stern. Anna was a strong willed woman and trust me she didn't do anything she didn't want to do. Even Larry B. has stated and been the buntend of her stubborness. As far as Howard goes, he is still involved because he has been Anna's lawyer from the get go, especially when it comes to the lawsuit regarding the Marshall estate. Mind you as much as you hate Howard, this man went in front of the Supreme court and won his case, not an easy feat and to bring in a new attorney that has not been in it from the beginning would do Dannilyn a great disservice to her inheritance. Wake up people, you may not like him, but he is the only person who can secure her future and estate.

A mother drugged before and while pregnant, a child who most likely went through horrific drug withdrawal as a tiny newborn (look at those early photos and you can see that she didn't look normal)....this child will most likely be an addict as a teenager and beyond! Any man (either a bi-sexual or gay) who impregnates an addict woman must have one major loose screw in his brain and karma awaits him down the road.
