Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to the former Playmate's estate.
Smith's attorney and companion Howard K. Stern had sought to clarify Smith's final wishes as her will was written in 2001 -- five years before the little girl was born.
In addition, the judge also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Stern and the child's father Larry Birkhead as co-trustees.
The toddler could stand to inherit millions from the fortune of her mother's late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall, which is still tied up in a heated court battle.

She will never see any money from the Marshall estate, just like Anna Nicole would probably have never seen any of that money. She already got what Howard Marshall Wanted her to have and his family has the money to keep it tied up in litigation forever so she will never see it. Howie Stern and Larry need to just give that dream up.

Her family, cousins, aunts, uncle, dad, mother and daughter all reside in the United States.
Anna was born in the US and spend less than one year in the Bahamas, but he takes it upon himself to hold her memorial in Bahamas.
I hope dannielynn grows up real fast to swift-kick the two lovers for money out of her life!

Dear Gawd! The comments here, for the most part, are horrendous! It's too bad that all of the people that post here don't have to list their age and a full body photo of themselves - the worst looking picture - so we can all see who is judging. Most of the comments seem to be from the young and/or uneducated. This is an entertainment site and some folks seem to be taking out their own short comings on babies, people in trouble, and mental instability.
Before you go judging people and babies, take a look at yourself and your own families.
