Distance them from their family - create a situation where they think their family is against them.
Get them to a psychiatrist who will over prescribe unnecessary drugs to cause them to become dillusional.
Dont take them to a normal doctor - - use a psychiatrist, so you could have someone bacing you up when you say they are out of their mind and need the drugs.

then become their manager and position yourself to handle their money because "they are too drugged up."
make sure you get them to change attorneys so they end up with crooked attorneys who are also in on it.
