Linda to Hulk: Stop Using Nick to Hurt Me!

Linda Hogan's trying to put Hulk Hogan in a legal chokehold to prevent him from tarnishing their underage son Nick with what she says are the messy matters of divorce. Yeah -- Nick's got enough problems, we think.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Linda claims the Hulkster has used Nick to deliver messages about the divorce and told him secrets that he didn't want her to know about. (Hmmm.) She also says the marital melee has caused Nick to become "withdrawn and conflicted."

Linda adds that she has no interest in selling their home, but alleges that Hulk has told Nick that if they don't sell, there could be a negative outcome in Nick's pending criminal case.

Nick's mom wants the court to order Hulk to stop talking to their son about the divorce. Period.

I would think that Nicky boy would be withdrawn because of the crash he was involved in that caused his 'best friend' to be paralized for the remainder of his young life. Maybe Nick will face prison time.

35. I hope they all go down...Linda is hideous, looks like a clown, cheap streetwalker. Hulk is a pig for messing with his daughters friends. They both are unfit parents. Nick needs to go to jail for essentially killing his friend and Brooke needs a wake up pill. She has no talent, looks even cheaper than her mother. 37. I used to be a fan of Hulk Hogan until I found out that he likes little girls. He has always portrayed himself as a moral loving father looking out for the best interst of his family. He has not only betrayed his family but he betrayed all the "Hulkamanics" that supported him all these years. If Hulk is reading this then I just want to ask WTF!? 41. I am very sure that it is the condition of his friend affecting him.

During the end of their show on VH1, the parents were separated, but just made it seem like they were together, so he has had a while to deal with his.

Lynn Hogan is a punk and she has nothing better to do with his jobless self. She married Hulk for the money and she does not deserve any of it and I can totally see the fact it ended because she cheated.

45. #34 if you are speaking about the friend of his sister, one she is not a chubby person, she is good looking. She is also over 18, even watching the show you can tell all her friends were older then she was. Plus Hulk being a man I am sure was tempted and I am wondering if all this happen after they decided to divorce.
