The 36-year-old former mall rat resurfaced at a birthday party in Hollywood on Saturday, looking fancy.

Born with the last name Darwish, Tiffany is currently filming a psychological thriller called "Necrosis."

Tiffany routinely performs at gay pride festivals and clubs.
